Half the money can be withdrawn when the daughter turns 18

Up to 50% of the cost for higher education of a child after the age of 18 can be withdrawn in the account of Sukanya Samrudhi Yojana. To open an account it is necessary to give birth certificate of daughter. Proof of identity and address of the child and parents must be provided. This account can be transferred anywhere in the country. This facility is available to the account holder if he / she shifts from the original place of account opening to another place. There is no charge for this. If the account is being closed before the completion of 21 years, the account holder has to give an affidavit that the daughter is not less than 18 years of age at the time of closing the account.

Benefit from tax exemption

A maximum of Rs 1.5 lakh can be deposited under Sukanya Samrudhi Yojana in the current financial year. The benefit of tax exemption under Section 80C of the Income Tax Act can also be availed on deposits under Sukanya Samrudhi Yojana.

 The state government has launched a 'Cycle Subsidy Scheme' for the transportation of laborers in the state.  Apart from that, various assistance of Rs. 2 crore 32 lakh has also been given to a total of 9836 laborers and families of the state.  Chief Minister Vijay Rupani launched e-Dedication of Labor Welfare Center buildings constructed at a total cost of Rs 4.59 crore in Ahmedabad and Vadodara as well as launched 3 mobile vans and mobile app for health check-up of workers with a grant of Rs 35 lakh from Indian Oil Corporation under CSR.

 Rupani said that the workers of the state do not worry about bread and butter for their stomachs, but do their job with the responsibility of economic, industrial and all-round development of the nation-state.  Rupani paid Rs. Clerk Clerk: Bachelor’s Degree with 50% marks from any recognized University. Proficiency in computer Operations MS office /excel /email

Temporary Clerk: Bachelor’s Degree with 50% marks from any recognized University. English typing @35WPM. Proficiency in computer Operations MS office /excel /email Desirable: Gujarati Typing @30 WPM

Temporary Clerk (Account):  B.Com. with 50% of marks and Training in Accounting & Tally with one year working experience in a reputed institution. Knowledge of data processing on computers and general correspondence like inviting quotation, preparing comparative statements will be preferred. Knowledge of cashbook writing, ledger posting and other day to day work.

Temporary Library Clerk: i.) Bachelor’s Degree in Library and Information Science with experience of working in a Library. ii) Knowledge of Computer operations preferable.

Technical Assistant B.Sc with Chemistry/Physics/Life sciences/Environmental Science/Instrumentation or any other relevant subject (as per the requirement of the post) from a recognized University /Institute with minimum two years of maintenance experience of sophisticated scientific instrument in the field of related laboratory in any University/College/ Research Laboratory. OR Diploma Holder with 6 years’ experience in the relevant field Experience in handling Laboratory Equipment’s and computers Good command over English.

For Faculty of Family & Community Sciences: Diploma in Textile Engineering/Textile Technology knowledge of maintenance and working of textile machinery and CCC passed from Govt. Recognized Institute and 1 year experience in pattern in men’s and woman’s wear.

Laboratory Assistant B.Sc. in Botany/Chemistry/Physics/Zoology OR B.Tech in Textile Technology/Textile Engineering OR Diploma in Textile Engineering/Textile Technology with at least two years’ experience in a scientific laboratory or academic institution.
