Try the free Family Link parental controls app from Google. Whether your children are young or in their teens, the Family Link app lets you remotely set digital ground rules from your own device to help guide them as they learn, play and explore online. For children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your country), Family Link also lets you create a Google Account for your child that's like your account, with access to most Google services.

1. Applying coconut milk to the hair follicles reduces hair loss. Applying aloe vera gel to the hair follicles also reduces hair loss.

2. Ginger juice and lemon juice in the right amount is beneficial in headaches. Boil the basil leaves in water and drink it when it gets slightly hot. The headache will be relieved immediately.

3. If you have pimples on your face, apply a little lemon juice on the pimple area at night while sleeping. Acne will stay till morning.

4. If there is a problem of acidity or inflammation in the stomach, taking cold milk gives immediate relief. This is because milk contains calcium which prevents the formation of acid.

5. One drop of mint leaf juice in the nose for cold and cough is beneficial. Mixing black pepper, mint and salt and chewing it together gives quick relief in cold.

6. Mix the right amount of coconut oil and lemon juice and massage it into the hair follicles with the fingertips.

7. If you crush 5-10 leaves of mint and extract the juice and put it in the ear, this ear pain is relieved.

8. Chewing ajma seeds with black salt is beneficial in indigestion.

9. If there is a complaint of bad breath in the mouth, grind the dried leaves of mint and make a powder of it and apply it on the teeth like manjan. Doing so removes bad breath and strengthens the gums.

Interest earned on FDs is taxable

Interest received from your FD is taxable as per the Income Tax Slab. If the interest earned on FD is above Rs.10,000 in a financial year, a TDS deduction is levied on it. It will be 10% of the total interest earned. The limit for senior citizens is 50 thousand. If your income is less than the taxable range, you can submit Form 15G and Form 15H to the bank for non-payment of TDS on FD.

The bank had the option to withdraw interest on a first quarter and annual basis. Monthly withdrawals can now be made at some banks. You can choose it according to your need.

Penalty will be given for breaking FD ahead of time

If you break the FD ahead of time, you will not get interest at the rate at which you opened the FD. For example, you get 6% interest per annum on FD of 1 lakh, but if you break it after 6 months, you get only 5% annual interest on 6 months FD, in which case the bank will pay interest at 5% on your money, 6% Will not pay interest.

You can also take a loan on your FD. Under this you can take a loan up to 90% of the value of FD. Suppose your FD is worth Rs 1.5 lakh then you can get a loan of Rs 1 lakh 35 thousand. If you take a loan on FD, you will have to pay 1-2% more interest than the interest earned on a fixed deposit. For example, if you are getting 4% interest on your FD, you can get a loan at an interest rate of 5 to 6%.
