To publish in the Gazette, the administrator must request the Government Printing and Writing Content Rajkot in the prescribed form. The request must be accompanied by the documents below.
- Certified original affidavit by Notary
- Certified copy of ration card
- Certified copy of birth certificate
- A certified copy of any document mentioned in affidavit
- At the same time, the following fees have to be paid.
- Rs. 100 {2 (two) copies} for the open category (general category)
- Rs. 60 {2 (two) copies} for the reserved class
- Rs. 70 required per additional copy
